Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt)

Returns must be sent to: Unit 2/403 Princes Hwy, Noble Park VIC 3174

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know immediately so we can make it right.

What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Perishables (e.g. food, plants)
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, as long as it meets our return conditions above.
